It is fluffy and full but allows my head to sink into it. I’ve never slept on something that feels so luxurious. My neck pain is gone, I look forward to going to bed & I read in bed for a couple hours and don’t feel any back pain!! It’s truly the best pillows ever. I was almost deterred because of some reviews stating it wasn’t what they expected- well they were right it’s not a typical pillow but it’s a pillow made for side, stomach AND back sleepers. My husband and I both agree and we usually fight over the one good pillow, but now we both sleep soundly each having our own. They have a customer for life with us. I’ve already recommended it to friends and family plus will be gifting some as Christmas gifts lol!! Adulting at its finest. All in all, these are luxury in the comfort of your own home. 100/10

I have been on a quest for a great pillow. As silly as it sounds, I stayed at the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas and slept on the best pillow and I have been looking for something similar. After seeing all of the positive reviews of these pillows I had to try them. I set them out to fluff the same night after receiving them. I gave the pillows a good shake & fluff & set them out for a few hours. I turned them over after the first hour & a half & fluffed again. I slept on them the first night after receiving. They are soft & you sink into the pillow, however, the pillow has substance and is supportive & I didn't feel like my head was lying on a flat slab. It cushions my head. I am a back and side sleeper & had no issues sleeping on this pillow. After using these pillows for a week, I threw out my old pillows that I had bought from one of the member-only, discount warehouse stores that were less than 6 months old. I am thinking of buying 2 more sets of these for my other bedrooms. I would definitely buy these again. Until I decide to shell out a pretty penny for a high-end pillow, these pillows are a great quality at a great price point.

I have slept on these pillows for now a month. You have to give them time to get used to them. The first week was a little rough. I have adapted to them and will say they are good looking pillows and high quality. I am a side sleeper or back sleeper. They work perfectly to back sleep. For side sleeping they are a little lean on support. However you can work with them and push fluff to the side you rest your head for better support. They would have five stars if they just had another few cups of filler. They are indeed comfortable, but I still wish my head was raised up just a wee bit more. Feels like your head nearly hits the mattress when your head rests in the pillow. All in all they are comfortable and they have no bad chemical odor. They fluff nicely and have kept their shape, but I've only owned since early August 2023. They are not PERFECT for me, but I have noticed I am sleeping longer stretches so that says a lot. I'm not waking to adjust the pillow or shift positions nearly as much. If you like a pillow that conforms to your head and that is not over filled or over firm, this should be a good pillow for you.
